VacuNest
is a new flexible board support system, with
shape memory, for printers, dispensers and pick
and place equipments.
VacuNest consists of a pliable antistatic chamber
which contains solid particles. Once the chamber
is conformed with a golden board, vacuum locks
the particles without shrinkage thus creating
a firm and precise support for the whole batch
of boards to produce.
VacuNest combines the advantages of the dedicated
tools and of the flexible pin arrangement tools
without their drawbacks. Thanks to the VacuNest
innovative design, the support force is spread
over a large surface. The number of support
modules is adapted to your board width and the
setup time is less than 5 minutes.
